Our collaboration begins with clients providing design drafts, visual direction, or functional requirements. We are responsible for transforming these concepts into professional, mass-producible golf shoes, integrating upper structure, sole configuration, and overall manufacturing process planning. The minimum order quantity for golf shoes is 1,000 pairs per style and color, suitable for brands developing complete shoe collections. The overall production lead time is approximately 3 months, including design confirmation, sample making, and formal production. In the initial development phase, physical samples can be made according to design requirements to confirm comfort, support, and proportions. Sample fees are approximately NT$3,000 to NT$5,000 per pair, with actual costs adjusted based on shoe style and structural complexity. Sizes are fully available for both men and women to meet actual market sales and distribution needs. In terms of manufacturing process, the sole is a key element of the overall cost structure. Since different sizes require corresponding exclusive sole molds, if a brand new sole mold is used, molds need to be made separately for each size. We also offer a variety of existing sole molds to choose from. Using existing molds for development can significantly reduce the minimum order quantity and overall production costs, allowing brands to achieve the best balance between quality, functionality and development efficiency, and enabling design concepts to be more practically realized into mass-producible golf shoe products.
