Hybrid technical fabrics designed for Taiwan's climate
To create a glove that maintains grip in humid environments, it's necessary to design it in sections based on the force, sweat, friction, and high temperatures experienced by different parts of the body. FlexFit uses two main materials—imported microfiber nanofiber fabric from Japan and South Korea and Lycra elastic fabric—combined in a structural knitting pattern. This allows the glove to be lightweight, durable, stretchable, breathable, and maintain stable grip in humid environments.

Traditional leather hardens and becomes slippery when wet, while microfiber nanofiber retains its grip after absorbing moisture, which is especially important in humid Asian regions. Related material friction studies show that microfiber exhibits a more stable coefficient of friction than genuine leather in wet conditions, making it the preferred choice for golf equipment in rainy weather.
Lycra elastic fabric
The FlexFit glove features a large area of Lycra fabric on the back of the hand, providing up to approximately 1.3 times the stretch. Lycra is known for its elasticity and resistance to deformation, allowing the glove to stretch and bend with hand movements, preventing marks or tightness from prolonged wear. This is especially important for players with uneven hand width or finger length.
The Lycra portion of the FlexFit features a specially added joint extension structure, which allows the glove to stay in place during swings and repeated movements, preventing it from coming loose due to changes in the extension angle. Overall comfort and stability are much higher than that of ordinary pure leather gloves.
Double-layer reinforcement structure of the palm
